We've just been subjected to a lot of hot air about "winning" in Iraq.
I know nothing about military strategy. But I am a student of logic, which leads me to ask this one simple question:
How do you win an occupation?

You win the occupation by convincing 51% of the idiots who are allowed to vote in this country that you are keeping us safe from stealth suicide camels or Scud based sand bombs!!
