I always liked that quote, Bertrand Russell or someone, that said: "You can no more win a war than you can win a hurricane."

Russel was one of my heroes, a real inspiration. Any man who celebrates his 95th birthday by paddling after a nuclear submarine in a canoe should be a hero to all.
